Built to reach up to approximately 10 feet, Jump Ball Lite gives athletes a real object above them to attack, reach for, and finish with. Instead of jumping into empty space, athletes learn how to time their jump, control their body, track the target, and finish with intent.

Jump Ball Lite is designed for football, basketball, volleyball, flag football, and general performance training. It helps athletes build functional jump height, timing, coordination, body control, and two-hand finishing with a target that creates purpose on every rep.
